Join Tish, Bedford's own Recovering Wine Critic, on Saturday, March 28 for a mold-smashing food, wine and comedy experience featuring hyper-local pairings in a cozy upstairs salon. 1st course: Rosé v. White Wine Smackdown - paired with an iconic appetizer from around the corner
2nd course: Does the Perfect Pizza Wine Exist? - two reds paired with piping fresh pies from across the street
3rd course: Liquid Gold - a Mystery Wine paired with dessert from down the road $75 all-inclusive.

Bill “Tish” Tisherman earned his stripes in wine media, events and retail for 20+ years—and he honed his comedy chops at the same humor tree as Conan O’Brien, Colin Jost and Herman Munster. His unique approach to wine is captured in the motto “I think, therefore I am; I drink, therefore I am more.”
